Toyota damned if they did or damed if they didn't! - 2007/03/22 04:46 Face it...No matter how Toyota has performed ( or should I say has not performed ? ) this year already they came out of the chute in a no win situation.
1. They don't perform well and the Toyota haters slap each other on the back and say " I TOLD YOU SO! ".
2. They perform well and the Toyota haters slap each other on the back and say " THEY BOUGHT THEIR WINS ".

Toyota knew that this was going to be a difficult situation and even they have admitted that they didn't expect it to be this difficult. Win or lose they are bringing more to the table than they are taking away from it...more fans...more advertising for the sport.

It didn't take them long to establish themselves in the Craftsman Truck series and I don't think it will take them much longer to be able to run with the big dawgs in NASCAR.

Whats your take?

Re:Toyota damned if they did or damed if they didn't! - 2007/03/22 17:58 I think toyota is in unwanted water. notice the first 2 letters in NASCAR. The N and A stand for "north american". Toyota is japanese. Its not wanted
