Click here to see the profile of this user 		Penalties upheld for Kenseth and Kahne - 2007/03/07 19:19 An appeals committee upheld penalties levied against Matt Kenseth and Kasey Kahne after NASCAR caught their teams cheating at the Daytona 500.

Now my question is.. Will nascar be consistant with handing out penalties this year or did they just want to put the scare factor into everyone and make examples out of everyone who cheated in daytona.
