Re:Drugs in Nascar - 2008/04/13 16:34 im not a big fan of harvick but he is right on the drugs issue in nascar its time they started cracking down and starting doing the random tests because im sure none of the drivers want to be out on the track with someone with who has injected themselves with heroine or meth and could possibly cause a wreck or worse , they busted fike already i know they aint gave him the boot yet like shane hmiel but i say if he gets caught another time or 2 well then goodbye racing career this aint no slap on the wrist or a points deduction its serious and its time for nascar to step up and do the right thing

Re:Drugs in Nascar - 2008/04/14 11:39 johnsonfan your right on this one along with Harvick. In different sports you have the 3 strike policy and NAC is way different. The other sports you are not driving anything where as if you come over here to NASCAR you are. I think they need to have a zero tolerance policy where if you fail once your done. I know it may be harsh but these guys are driving cars over 200mph and if anybody is under the influenece behind that wheel and ends up killing someone during the race..IMO NASCAR or any other sport that drives a vehicle has to be more harsh then the other pro sports all because they drive a vehicle.

They just look at them right?...lol j/k I totally agree with ya'll. By the way Johnson fan, 2 seasons ago when Hmeil got busted he did get a second chance. A team picked him up and demoted him to the Craftsman truck series but he never produced result(probably due to total embarassment) and then he got canned.
