Hornish does seem to be struggling doesnt he? every week when larry , darrell and mike show the points positions from 35th and on back Sam is right there struggling to stay in , by the end of this year we all should know if it got a lil too tough for Sam and whether or not he will try to hang in there same goes for Dario Franchitti and Patrick Carpentier , and another thing the owners who employ these guys need to realise they are not all going to make it like Montoya did , granted Montoya hasnt had the best 2nd year ever but he's hanging in there the road course races will be coming up soon and then maybe will see all 4 of these drivers up front on a track they may possibly have a chance to compete for a win and yes Indy too , and yes like so many others before i will stray off subject once more but i think its high time for Yates, DEI and Petty to exit nascar, in the past these organizations have had great success but their time in the sport has come and gone, Yates handing over the company to his boy was a bad mistake because he is barely holding it together with them plain white cars, Petty depending on his son and a name to keep him in the sport is good for a while but Kyle just doesnt have a desire to win and lastly DEI, im sorry but Mark Martin needs to retire even though he had a strong run at PIR, let your drivers go and let them find better rides and quit trying to keep living on Dale Srs legacy a name will only carry you so far in the sport but there will always better drivers entering the sport , well thats all for me , i look forward to seeing the reply back on this post, later all
