Intro:
Been a girlie girl all my life until about four years ago when I met the man of my dreams. A good ole country boy (from CA). The story goes...he could not believe a bratty girl like me would LOVE baseball or even know where Coeur D'Alene was. Well, I do for both.
He's a huge fan of NASCAR and got me to watch the Bud Shootout last year (although, it was forced on me and I was kicking and screaming the whole way through).
LOVED the story of Denny Hamlin and I was HOOKED! That March, went to VIVA LAS VEGAS BABY to see my first NASCAR race. The smell of the fuel burning, the vibration of the track, the energy of the people and the fans...I love the fans!!!
Surprises people who know me in the Real Estate world that I not only know drivers, stats and race schedules...I even have a NASCAR shirt I sleep in (the only chance I'm ever going to get to sleep with Denny - ha!ha!). That's my story in a nutshell...would love to hear others!
